The Raid on Otaru was an attempted raid on Otaru Harbour by the German Navy against the Hayanban Navy and it utterly failed and the Hayanbans laughed after the raid.The U-Boat was filled with Depleted Uranium Rounds which were useless against Hayanban Warships and that was the reason for the raid's failure and it was pursued by Hayanban Warships.
